It was in the 2000s that Jean Pierre had the idea of selecting the best vines from the property to create a unique cuvée, L’Esthète.
The grapes come from inter and intra-parcel selection of vines from the Chartreuse cuvée, located on gravelly soil over blue clays. The 3 grape varieties are vinified and aged separately in barrels to reveal the purity of each. Bottled only in great years. A wine for long aging.
