It was in 2021 that Audren created a 100% Cabernet Franc single-variety cuvée from our prestigious « Grandes Vignes » plot.
The grapes come from vines over 80 years old rooted in dense, deep clay soil. These berries are vinified and aged in old oak barrels to express the purity of this grape variety. A wine of place produced by the winemaker’s desire.
Franc Pour Cent was born from Audren's desire to express the purity of Cabernet Franc. A single variety that reveals all the elegance of our octogenarian vines.
